The Chief
Also known as The Crew Chief, Tony heads up The Deli Crew. Always ensuring the finest ingredients and the highest standards of execution and service, Tony knows all the Town Hall Deli secrets.
He strives to maintain the 80+ year old traditions at Town Hall Deli while utilizing modern techniques to bring you the Sloppy Joes and the many other homemade specialties you have loved for so many years.
More recently, Tony has expanded the catering menu, to help you meet your time- strapped schedule, at a great value. As a busy parent and business owner himself, he understands that you don't want to spend your time worrying about all the details of the food for your party- you just want to have time to enjoy the party with family and friends!
To ensure he consistently offers you the best possible value, Tony constantly negotiates with his purveyors to ensure the lowest prices for the highest quality ingredients.
Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, Tony is a long-time resident of South Orange. When he is not at the Deli, he enjoys spending time with his dog (and the rest of his family), hanging out here in South Orange and occasionally, in Belmar.
